Redesign and construction, Stadium Südstadt

As a member of the ACE GROUP, Lari Associates was assigned to develop a survey, about the potential of the extension of the Stadium Südstadt.

Basis of the study was the production of a concept for the reorganization of the stadium, with the possibility of being able to use it multifunctional (football, American football, ski long run, etc....)., by an overall renovation and a roofing of the existing grandstand, including the extension of the VIP areas, the installation of a lawn heating and a video wall, as well as the renewal of the training places with artificial turf.
Further the new building of a football academy with training places was conceived.
